Community Organizations & Charities

Our most popular fundraising opportunity is the “Hire a Volunteer” program. Your non-profit organization finds supporters to volunteer at the race on behalf of your charity/community group. Without our amazing volunteers and their time, spirit, and enthusiasm this incredible community event could not take place. In order to commemorate your volunteer hours that contribute to the success of the event, each volunteer will receive a Cascade Relays visor and if affiliated with an officially accepted grant group, will generate funds for your respective charity. Volunteering at Cascade Relays provides a fun and easy opportunity to raise significant funds for your organization!

There are many other opportunities for your organization to fundraise during the race in addition to th HAV program. Please indicate your fundraising ideas in the Official Charity Application(s) and we will contact you to discuss opportunities and how we can support your organization. Please note: There are no guarantees that all volunteers from your organization will be needed. Volunteer assignments will be finalized the month prior to the race.

Apply to become a Cascade Relays Official Grant Group!

If you are interested in becoming an Official Charity/Grant Group for one of our 4 events, please fill out the application(s), and we will contact you promptly with additional information.
